  • At this time, we are unable to accept credit card payments for orders that are shipped outside the United States. No international credit card payments will be processed. If you are an international customer, please pay thru PayPal. PayPal offers secure credit card processing for your purchase.

NOTE: Please provide a telephone number in case the shipping carrier has difficulty delivering your order. Seller is not responsible if your order is returned because it could not be delivered. You will be responsible to pay all re-shipping costs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 14 days of our shipping date. Items must be returned postpaid (C.O.D returns not accepted), in unmodified, saleable condition. Returns may be made by properly packaging and shipping the returnable merchandise. WITH A COPY OF THE PRINTOUT OF THE ORDER, along with any additional information that will help us process your return quickly. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items unless the item is being returned for something that is our fault. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Questions are welcomed. It can take up to 30 days to process a return.

If you should receive a broken item, it is your responsibility to contact the Seller to file a claim within 7 days of shipping date. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PROPERTY TO US. We request that you photo the box the item was delivered in and photo the damage of the item you received and email to us. We will then send you an Affidavit to complete to file an insurance claim. The Shipping Insurance Company will make arrangements to pick up the package in its original packaging when you file a claim. Once we review your Affidavit we will determine whether to send you a replacement or refund your money. Please, do NOT send damaged items back to us.

A. Items are considered on a case by case basis. Many times we do purchase antique items for re-sale. Sometimes it is easier for us to sell the items for you on a commission basis.

Q. Do you offer an affliate program where I can sell your items on my website and make a commission if I sell those items?
A. Yes, we offer a program where you can list our inventory on your website and you make a commission on each item that you sell. We handle all the shipping for you. Contact us for details.

Q. I would like to write a review on an item I purchased from your company. Where can I do that?
