Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items. Your personal satisfaction with your shopping experience is the most important feature of our business. We want you to become our best customer and good friend.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept PayPal, cashier's check, money order, personal check, or credit card payments through PayPal and Google. Cashiers check or major company money order can be mailed to the address provided at checkout. Checks will be held for 10 days before shipping item. Please provide a "Confirmed Address" with PayPal payment.

Please provide a telephone number in case the shipping carrier has difficulty delivering your order. Seller is not responsible if your order is returned because it could not be delivered. You will be responsible to pay all re-shipping costs.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
• Buyer Pays Shipping.
• Normal USA handling fee is $2.50. We provide Delivery Confirmation on all USA orders. A signature is required on all orders over $100.
• International handling fee is normally $5.00. We prefer to ship USPS International Priority.
SALES TAX
7.45% Sales tax will be charged on all Missouri purchases.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 7 days of our shipping date. Items must be returned postpaid (C.O.D returns not accepted), in unmodified, saleable condition. Custom orders are not returnable. Returns may be made by properly packaging and shipping the returnable merchandise. WITH A COPY OF THE PRINTOUT OF THE ORDER, along with any additional information that will help us process your return quickly. 20% restocking fee charged on all returned items. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Questions are welcomed.
If you should receive a broken item, it is your responsibility to contact the Seller and the Delivery Shipping Service to file a claim within 30 days of shipping date. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PROPERTY TO US. The Delivery Shipping Service will pick up the package when you file a claim in its original packaging. WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE INSURED ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. In the event this is an International Delivery, it is the Buyer's responsibility to return the package to their local postal office.
